My cat loves getting his ass beat

My cat, Whiskey, loves to get spanked. In our house, we call it "bustins" or "whippings," and he cannot get enough of it. Look how he chases me for more!

And a brief search on YouTube reveals that Whiskey is not the only one. Too bad a kitty support group would probably not go well. This person refers to the cat spankings as "kitty bongo."

Whereas this cat actually gets a true paddling. Note the love hug!

Hemingway misogynists, Hemingway cats

Good morning, Dolls! It's ALL CATS ALL DAY LONG here at HD, part of the Anti-No Cat Day movement, and I'm very excited to be bringing you the first feminism-feline combo of the day. This one is complete with a literary reference. So I hope all you clamoring English majors that I have tied up in my attic are happy. Don't worry, as soon as I'm done with this post, I'll be up there with your usual breakfast of a spoonful of peanut butter and a Jolly Rancher.

Last night I was introduced to the term "Hemingway misogynist," derived obviously from the great American writer, Ernest Hemingway, who some believe was a bit of a tool with lady issues.

Hemingway Misogynist - noun, jargon. A male heterosexual individual whose misogynistic beliefs are seen predominantly when he is in a relationship with a strong, independent female who is, most likely, smarter than him. The Hemingway Misogynist is capable of having powerful lifelong friendship bonds with a few strong, independent women smarter than him, but only if he never enters into a sexual relationship with them. He will often say and believe hateful things about women in general, citing his own female friends as individual exceptions. Don't sleep with this dude, because he will leave tire marks on your lawn when you publish your dissertation to rave critical reviews.

And now, I'll introduce you to Hemingway cats, also known as polydactyl felines. Many live at Hemingway's home in Key West, Florida. They have tons of toes!
