FINALLY! A Top 40 hip-hop song that is anti-cheating!!! And one that's anti-reality television! And one that's anti-plastic surgery! Thank you, B.o.B., for "Nothin' on You." Thank you.

The guy, whose real name is Bobby Ray Simmons, is only 21, and he's already singing such a cool song about commitment--definitely a step ahead of many of his older peers in the rap game.

Right away at the start of the song, he admits he used to be a little bit of a player, but it got him nowhere: "On the carousel so around I spun, with no directions just tryin' to get some/This is how I lost more than I had ever won, and honestly I ended up with none." What an awesome message for young men to hear, and one that might perpetuate more respect towards women, making them more than just conquests.

The chorus is where the anti-cheating part comes in. Unlike New Boyz, who insist their pseudo-girlfriends can't tie them down, Bruno Mars sings: "Beautiful girls all over the world, I could be chasing, but my time would be wasted, they got nothing on you baby." He goes on to sing that even if he says hi to fans or pretty ladies who admire him, that's where it ends--sounds like trust building to me.

B.o.B. goes on to thank his lady for staying un-plastic (and for remaning independent and paying her taxes.) As much as a hip-hop song can do, "Nothin' on You" promotes equality and fidelity in a relationship, which is so refreshing to hear.

Not to mention, the beat is so poppy that it's gotten massive radio airplay and has the potential to reach huge audiences. And the lyrics are actually positive toward women, making this one track that transcends traditional misogynistic lyrics and puts out positive vibes. Check it out on B.o.B.'s debut album, B.o.B. Presents The Adventures of Bobby Ray, out April 27.
