Carrie Prejean: 0, Thinking Critically: 1

Far be it from me to get on board with right-wing nutjob ladies like Sarah Palin and Michelle Malkin, but they do, at least, often make attempts to answer questions put to them by the media. Unlike Carrie Prejean on Larry King last night, who decided that taking her microphone off and throwing on a simpering, abused smirk was better than answering a reasonable question about gay marriage and the Miss California debacle.

Maybe Prejean's right. Maybe she is being unfairly targeted by the media ... in the way that fish in a barrel are unfairly targeted by a shotgun.

I wish she'd listened long enough to hear that guy's question. I would have liked to see her worm outta that answer.

Ah yes, the old mute button trick. The old stick the fingers in the ear trick. I can't hear you la la la la la la la. The old name calling trick.

You're being a Troll Larry. Oops! Did I say she called him a Troll? No i didn't. I meant she labeled him "inappropriate".

Whatevers....she was flinging around the word "inappropriate" the way some people working the scene as a liberal, screetch out TROLL, to discount inquiry, free thinking, and try putting a stop to things that doesn't fit their scheme, real quick.

What has this woman really done? Seriously, she freakin LOST the Miss American pagent then went on any tv station that would have her and blamed Perez Hilton. Think about it, she has not done anything worthy of being this much in the spotlight. She hasn't won anything, done anything extraordinary/charitable, she hasn't run for office (please gods don't let her get any ideas), she is just a LYING, BIGOTED, HYPOCRITE who gets on tv because she is photogenic and sounds like a dumbass whenever she opens her mouth. I have no problem with debate and intelligent discussion about differing ideas but when you act like a 6 year old on national tv, on Larry King for Pete's sake, how can you expect people to listen to you and take you or your message seriously. Oh, that's right... she is pretty and has fake boobs. I guess that will help her get "God's message" out there.

Wow. Michelle Malkin a 'nutjob'? All I really see here is the typical Liberal attack on the person instead of the issue at hand - except you had to pull in some other polarizing names to create a "story" out of this.

Larry did ask the same question repeatedly and expected to get a different answer - doesn't sound like good interviewing. Never the less, Carrie should not have walked out because of it. Seems like they both acted childishly.

The reason she shut down when Larry asked about the settlement is because she didn't want to admit why she dropped the suit. Turns out "little miss holier than thou" had a sex tape where she flashes her jugs and 'pats the bunny", and the pagent lawyers showed it to her and her mom. Mrs. Prejean must have been SO proud of her little girl!

Here's the icing on the cake...Carrie claims that shes was 17 when she did the video. How convenient! That means anyone possessing or distributing the tape would be jailed under child porn laws!

However, the sources that leaked the tape claim she was 20 when the video was made. If that's true (and probably is), then that tape is going viral on the net in 3...2...

My favorite thing is that she pulls the tantrum move of taking off her mic and telling King that she is "leaving [his] show." Then, um, continues to sit there and soak up camera time, distinctly Not Leaving. It's like killing two birds with one stone, only they're, say, birds of bad press, and the stone is really obnoxious.

I'm surprised she didn't hold up the dang book again while she was waiting it out.
