Chicks Aren't Funny: Kathy Griffin needs to STFU about her stupid appearance

I am so fucking tired of hearing about your weight loss and plastic surgery.
I expect this kind of "look at me" whining/bragging from Paris and Heidi and other ragmag staples, but Kathy's freakish obsession with appearance has gone from kinda funny to seriously irritating and even sad. At first, it was a little refreshing to hear Kathy talk about plastic surgery and the Hollywood pressure to be pretty. But while she's apparently off the plastic surgery kick, she continues to obsess over her appearance. And I don't think she's just joking around when she recently told OK:
"I've become insufferable, tormenting my friends, saying, 'Do you know I have a banging bikini bod?' That should be my new name: Banging Bikini Bod Griffin," she jokes ...The quote is from of a five-photo spread that I hope is some kind of D-List joke. Griffin, who appears to have achieved the typical magazine-style swimsuit bod preferred by editors the world over, poses in a variety of ugly, baggy bikinis. But that's not the point, is it? We're supposed to be staring AT HER BODY OMG LOOK AT KATHY.
Gawwwwwwhhhhh. Reading and seeing this kind of crap from one of the world's most well known female comedians sets everyone back. It's as if being hilarious and super famous and rich wasn't enough for Kathy--she also has to look like a Barbie doll. I can't decide if this is a symptom of the incredible pressure on women to look a certain way, or yet another cause of the incredible pressure on women to look a certain way. Griffin is too smart and too funny to buy into it. Right?
Kathy, I'm waiting on the punchline.

Hey Andrea how about you shut the hell up about kathy. Obviously your jeaslous because she looks better than you do.I've seen almost every kathy griffin episode ever and I love her just because she is herself. She is down right hilarious too. And you talking about her like this makes you a fucking bitch..your just jealous because you must be a 300 pound fatass who hates good looking people. Ever heard of the jenny diet..maybe you should look into it.
