Ugly women wanted by Australians

Somehow I feel slightly less dirty reporting Fox News when it comes originally from the Brit/Aussie incarnation, Sky. But really, there's not a whole lot that isn't dirty about this story: an Australian mayor has asked ugly women to move to his mining town.
Why? Because there's a five-to-one "bloke"-to-girl ratio in the Queensland town of Mount Isa, and the boys are apparently getting restless and will take just about anything. The mayor, John Malony, was voted "Sexist of the Year" by a panel of Aussie women who have taken it upon themselves to bestow sexist dressings-down at the annual Ernie Awards, led by Australian politician Meredith Burgmann. The runner-up for the Ernie "Sexist of the Year" was a politician named Troy Buswell, who sniffed a woman's chair and snapped someone's bra strap. Why didn't they lead this article with "Australian politicians, who are all currently enrolled in the 7th grade ..."
But let's get back to this Ernie Awards business. I've got spare time, a pretty big living room, and a couple of great cocktail recipes. Can you guys make it next Friday?
