Celebrate each month of 2009 with a different NYC sex blogger

Available now for $20 is the 2009 NYC Sex Bloggers Calendar. Each month features a burlesque shot of a different New York-area blogger who bares her sex-life soul on the Internet. Personal favorites include Audacia Ray and Rachel Kramer Bussel. Though you won't see any sex bloggers stark naked -- they're a bit more shy in real life than on the Internet -- you will see them having a good time.
In a recent interview for an upcoming VillageVoice.com column of mine, organizer Tess (of Urban Gypsy) said this when asked where the idea for the calendar came from:
There’s been a little bit of friction in the New York sex blogging community and it seemed like time to do something fun that would bring everybody together for a good cause. There was tension over someone’s blog that was creating negativity, and personally I just wanted to do be done with that. I knew all these great people from blogging, so I thought, why not bring them together to benefit somebody?
Putting on corsets in the spirit of friendship? Why not? The only thing better would be putting those corsets on your wall and staring at them for twelve months... all in the name of sorority, of course.
