Personalize your sex toys on Facebook

Sex tech expert Regina Lynn reports that Facebook now has another purpose besides procrastinating and stalking ex-boyfriends: buying sex toys. According to Lynn, a company called Love Bunnies has simultaneously launched a Facebook game in which you can customize an animated rabbit and make it flirt with the rabbits of your friends -- and an ordering service that lets you buy that rabbit in real life, as a plastic vibrator, complete with "birth certificate."

While the bunnies in question do look downright adorable, I'm left with a couple questions:

1) How will this vibrator work, you know, body wise? It certainly doesn't seem to be for insertion. Maybe its head is for pointed stimulus? For better or for worse, actual rabbits didn't evolve to be shaped like effective sex toys.

2) Why would you want your sex toy to have a birth certificate? I know lots of people get attached to their bikes (something else that goes between their legs) but I for one have never named a sex toy or cuddled with it or wished I could have a stronger connection with its buzzing battery pack.

3) Will this go anywhere, or is it just one more company that's riding the Facebook wave? Or riding the Facebook bunny, as the case may be...
