Exercises to make you fit as a porn star

Apparently Olympians aren't the only ones who train long and hard to reach their physical peaks. No, porn stars need to exercise, too. How else would they keep up positions like reverse cowgirl for extended periods of time? That stuff takes leg muscles.

The Naughty American -- which is quickly proving itself an entertaining, revealing, and addictive glimpse into the world of adult films given how many times we've pimped it here in the last week alone -- reports that "sexercise" is key for porn stars to keep their form. Performer Katja Kassin does squats to maintain her "mesmerizing ass." She also does kickboxing, which gives her "the endurance she needs for her job of bouncing on top of a [fellow performer] for long periods of time." There's also perky porn star Sunny Lane, who does yoga before her shoots to open up her hips. She also carbo loads before sex scenes. Pasta and bread and doggy style: who knew?

The lesson here: exercise and you too can have sex like a porn star. Or just pig out on bagels, flop down into bed, and see where that gets you.
