Anti-Hollywood themed restaurant comes with bulimic stall, family music

Oh, that's what's been missing in Los Angeles: specifically designated bathroom stalls in restaurants for women who want to throw up their meals. I for one hate waiting while someone holds up a stall gagging. This girl has got places to be!
Take it for what it's worth, but The Naughty American reports that ex-Partridge Family "bad boy" Danny Bonaduce (really? with that hair?) and porn actress Raquel Devine have thrown in together to open an anti-Hollywood themed restaurant. If it ever gets off the ground, it sounds like it might be the classiest operation in town -- a full step above of Hooters. Though Devine wouldn't reveal the name of her new joint, she would say the girl's bathroom will feature the aforementioned bulimic stall, and the men's a "transsexual stall." Oh, and the appetizers may or may not mock George Michael. Delicious?
The real question is, ladies, does a bulimic stall work like a handicapped stall? What I mean is, if there are no other stalls open, and no one is using it, can you use the bulimic stall just to relieve yourself, or will you sit there feeling all guilty on the off chance someone will walk into the bathroom at the moment needing to vom?
